This has been exactly what the whinners of the whinning didn't get. We only wanted an update and that's it. They were going off tangent about how we were impatient and what not.

No instead we can go back to the usual, I want DLC for free because I'm entitled to it type of post. Joy.

I think mambari armor would be cool. Would make more people use the mambari including me. I would gladly pay $5 for mambari armor.

Fernando Melo: Next time when you miss a deadline (such things can happen) or something goes wrong (a crap ME DLC comes to mind) or you don't deliver at all (the bridging ME DLC) play nice and just inform your customers. Keeping it silent is not the way to go. You'll lose respect. Apologizing has no meaning anymore. The company has done it too often.



You can't tell me that you guys just noticed just after X-mas that you weren't able to release RtO which was supposed to be released during the holiday season. To me keeping that silent is equal to a lie. Bah.

I'm right there with ya.   I was just looking for something to do until next tuesday and was thinking about getting The Force Unleashed: Tatooine pack.... its ten freakin dollars for 30 min of game-play.   If people thought BW was off on their pricing, lucasarts doesn't even have a clue.

For sure, tossing down a few bucks (less than a wendy's value meal even) for more content, yep sure getting bent uh huh! That comment is so full of fail its not even funny.

Which do you think that is worse. People who whine about people
whinning like they are superior because they don't whine and need to
tell the world about how whinning is evil.

Or people who refuse to pay anything for DLC and insist that they need to educate people about how to spend their money?

Theres nothing wrong with negative feedback, but it does get quite old when every DLC thread we end up with 160+ pages of the same handful of posters everytime complaining about the same thing over and over. We get it, Bioware gets it, repeting it 1000 times isn't going to change the answer.

I got it too, even though I have the hard copy, good deal to pass up.  For some reason it does not load on my Windows 7 Laptop.

Okay, for the Bioware team who has worked so hard on RtO. SQUEE!!! It's finally coming out. I waited 5+ years for DAO, a few more days for RtO DLC is no big deal. I'm still only 1/2 way through on my 3rd DAO playthrough.

Rob and Melo, sorry you only get one SQUEE- I don't think I could top the multipage squee from the fan girls (and guys) when the Zevran is romanceable annoucement was made.

The whole "don't buy it if you don't like it" argument is ludicrous. The fact is we love the game and we want to keep playing it via real DLC. I doubt that anyone here can honestly say they're happy about a 1 hour combat jaunt and wouldn't prefer something substantial. Especially after our bad experiences with Mass Effect.
