One question, will we get Duncans awesome armor?
I doubt it.
Everyone thought Gandalf was dead too.
****** balls.
They could at least make the armor in the CGI trailer avalible, but seeing that duncan died next to cailan, couldn't they at the least let us loot his corpse or have alistar take something to remember duncan by?
I don't want to bring alistar to the ostagar aftermath and hear him whine about not being able to find duncans corpse which will cause one hell of a racket that would annoy the crap out of the archdemon forcing it to kill itself.
Maybe the darkspawn took his corpse

I don't mind new items with awesome powers, but limit the early game availability with either a very difficult non-scaling fight or plot trigger like 'after the landsmeet'.
Oh and more tomes > more gear.

That said I agree with someone who posted the thing about looking into item balance. Some items are crap pure crap. You waste over a hour on a hard quest only to be rewarded with 1g and some 10% resistance item. Then you have the DLC were you get extremly useful items that you never have to replace.
Take Bergen's honor? Why would you want to replace it on your tank ever? or the staff from wardens? The only flaw this game has to be honest is in the economy and item department. I feel like the ydidn't put the time in to actually make you be able to buy things. Took me forever to get the belt from tower of magi. And If you would have bought recipies etc you would never generate the income to get the,
If they made a economy DLC that rebalanced and reworked some quests I buy it in a instance. The game is way to fun to be broken by stupid small things.

I'm waiting for a review... If the DLC is half assed and not the least challenging I'm not wasting my money. I played well into 100 hours and If it's just a repeat, I can live without it.
Good question. I think the answer you are looking for is 40.

A second chance to add Dog to your party
What exactly does that mean? Kinda seems like an odd feature to flaunt. What if I killed him? Will I be able to resurrect him as some kind of vile, demonic, heinous entity of destruction and death?

I think it is for the people that did not play as a human noble and did not collect the flower to treat the one Mabari warhound. If it was possible to kill the Mabari (I wouldn't dream of it! ;p) after collecting the flower or if you didn't collect the flower, I'm sure that it is a completely different Mabari that you find at Ostagar.

You can get the dog as an Elf as well. You don't have to be a human noble.

I have not played an Elf yet, but that is good to know. =)

This game is damn fun that I don't want it to end. Most of us here have that feeling, or we wouldn't be here. I know its not easy to push out major content uploads quickly for a game so I'm hoping a dev. can give us an approximate ETA for large content updates? Better yet, I'll even settle for a confirmation that such a project is on the DA:O roadmap. Loved WK and will very likely love RtO, but I think most people here are clutching tightly to the hope that we'll see something major in the future.

This is a slight deviation off topic but, I'm really wondering when there may a large content boost? I don't mind paying for any minor DLCs, since if its anything like the main game, I will really enjoy the 30, 45, 60 mins that I put into it.

I'm sure there will be, but you're talking about content, content and content, which takes a while to create, even if you were an expert with the game's toolset. It blew my mind how much detail was put into the environment in the final area of The Stone Prisoner. The guys at Bioware really care a lot about creating an authentic, believable and awesome-looking world.
You should expect at LEAST a year before you see a large amount of content akin to an Addon (a whole new plotline, new classes, new spells etc.). Until then I imagine they'll be laying down a trail of breadcrumbs with minor content patches every 3 months or so.

Yeah, I'm sure you're right. I was hoping there was a roadmap to confirm. Knowing its coming and waiting is far better than clutching onto some strand of hope for 2 years. I'm not looking for spells or new characters as much as I am looking for story development past the ending. Maybe some new items!

Will Cailan show up in ghost form?
Will there be new darkspawn types to fight?
Frankly I would rather see you guys fix wardens keep so after we exit we can GET BACK INSIDE! That plus the fact that we only saw part of the keep....which is insulting at best

only thing i didnt like about wardens keep, is that you couldnt go back in later. i thought i was getting a keep! lol. i was like "sweet no more sleeping in a tent in the middle of no where." but i didnt get that, instead i got two extra salesman, and a box, a pretty awesome box that keeps my stuff, but a box.Wild Maiden wrote...
It took them "weeks" to make it according that quote, yet we know they made over $1,000,000 already on the DLC alone. I know it's all about making money, and I'm not upset about that, but they could have put more than a couple of weeks into it if their raking in millions, or they could have sold it cheaper.
I think even the people who claim to have enjoyed Warden's Keep and felt it was well worth the money know deep down inside they got ripped off...
still, i liked it, i bought it when i got home with the original game. and ill buy this one too
