Questions about Return to Ostagar? *SPOILERS*

Also, I agree with what people are saying about time. Ok, $5 for half an hour (which it took me to play wardens keep right). But, what we are not appreciating is this. A mage for example, has 3 different spell trees, and 4 different classes of mage to choose from. Now if you want to fully maximize your mage playing experience, you would have to at least play through 16 - 20 times, (if you went blood mage from the Desire Demon). Then you have the same for the other two classes almost, so there is 80 replays almost right there. (Yes, I am an old school D&D player, so I don't jump outside of my talent tree's much). So 80 odd replays, is around 40 hours worth of expansion, at 5 bucks for my game style, I feel Bioware is being rather generous. Now you get some of these younger gamers, who only play for the gamer points, and not the inherent replay value of the game, then yes, you are being jipped by your lack of attention span. Sit back, enjoy the beauty that is going to be the ever unfolding world of Dragon Age.
On a side note, instead of waffles, can I have one of the non-foaming-soy caramel stearmer, or a order of Padmanadi's. (Edmonton Vegetarians know what I mean)
Thanks OP Rob for putting up with all us impatient folk. You did make an awesome game, so I am going to play some Mass Effect to give my Dragon Age disc a break. You guys rock.

Doh.. would have been nice to have that information visible on the DLC page.. I just bought the points, but obviously there's no DLC yet.
Oh well, guess we wait, tho I'd have thought that BioWare wouldn't stoop to EA's typically shady deceptons. Shame on you.

It is quite obvious from the add ons page after a brief reading that it isnt availabe yet and the very first page of this thread confirms it. You blame them for your lack of research? ok....

Point being, I've gotten 12 free DLC items, so I don't see any problem with spending $5 on this.
I honestly wish people would keep their ****y complaints about this stuff to a minimum. Asking you to shut up entirely would be stupid, and a bit unfair, but why do you feel the need to post a comment about it 100+ times? Oh well, and I'm sure I'll get flamed for this but....then again, I'm not coming back to this topic anyway =P.
Keep it up Bioware, as far as I'm concerned you're still doing a good job, even with the occasional hiccups along the way this time around.

Because every additional post adds an opinion to the opinion pool. What do you think is stronger? One isolated complaint or a group of 100 complaints? You tell me. We're trying to move the game in a certain direction, and if only one person tried, then when/how do you think that's going to happen? Again, you tell me. I'm certain you can understand this very simple logic. You guys do yourself a disservice by telling us to shut the **** up. If you have a complaint yourself, then post it. If you have a complaint regarding someone else's complaint, post it. But don't tell us to keep quiet just for the sake of keeping quiet.

I just hope that the naysayers do not put a damper on the creative team pushing for more DLC. That would be a shame.

If you're talking about my avatar, it's Aribeth from Neverwinter Nights, the only female character worth romancing.

When I saw the price listed I punched a couple of euros through paypal to get my hands on it.
Then wondered why the dlc wasn't available.
Can't wait.

Looking at the DLC info again. I notice you have to talk to a Bann Lorren. If I recall, if you have a human noble origin don't you meet his wife and son?
I don't believe so. It sounds very close to one origin character's statement about his heritage but it says the Bannorn. Read this statement and decided to have a look, so didn't get that far into it. Hopefully there is some manner of tie-in however. Would make for an interesting situation.

Ya know, I have 11 free DLC items (As in equipable items) that I've received from pre-ordering, having the Collectors Edition, from playing Dragon Age Journeys, and from registering, plus the Shale Prisoner from the C.E., I also purchased Wardens Keep.
Point being, I've gotten 12 free DLC items, so I don't see any problem with spending $5 on this.

I have to cosign that. I didn't get as many free DLC items since I bought the regular edition, but I still got a bunch for registering, pre-order and DA:journeys + shale & blood dragon armor.
All in all when considering the game time, the replayability, the amount of free DLC I feel that Bioware is really going out of its way to provide gamers with a lot of content.
And with Bioware telling us to expect both long and short DLC I'm pretty confident most fans will get the kind of DLC they want in time.
