I request that the next dlc contain a penguin voiced by Morgan Freeman.
This... would be epic. Not only for Morgan Freeman, but I'd love to get my hands on a penguin model for the toolset.

Don't ask.

It's entirely EA's influence, I suspect.
BioWare never pulled this kind of nonsense before (hell, Mass Effect's Bring Down the Sky on the PC was free).

Really, it's 2 hours of gameplay and 5 dollars, I could care less about polish and more about actually having dlc. At this rate we will be moving backwards with the so called promise of "Constant DLC".
I wouldn't hold my breath, especially if 2 hours of gameplay takes them this long to do.

If it's taking this long to "polish", why announce it so early?
Would be nice to have an update at least.
Still I have to wonder how long it takes to "polish" an addon that features a tarted up location that's already in the game where you fight enemies that are already in the game that features an armour set that's already in the game.

Gonna need to agree with this. Shale and WK were done at release, so they've been working on this since than. Hopefully its so full of content and thats why its taking them awhile to polish it.
Im hoping we get some dlc's that actually have something to do with the main storyline or atleast our origin conflicts. Something right before the landsmeet that helped resolve of the pc's problems for once, instead of just the joinable npcs.

As for precisely when it will come out, we don't have a specific answer
to that yet which is why we're being vague. We're still tackling one
last optimization issue and then we need to make it through final
testing and certification across all three platforms.
