I think it needs to be released before you can install it
Well its just that i had a lot of problems with the previous dlc's, that all required version 1.0. Forcing me to completly re-install the game and all of the dlc. Hopefully that will be fixed now with "Return to Ostagar"

Also, BioWare, can I say I love that color on you? You look fantastic today! Real sharp.

i just wanna be able to start a new game with an old character...
Wouldn't that be incredibly boring? You'll be auto attacking all the way since they will die before you can cast anything.

Guys, you're all going off of the one hour thing from something a DEV said, who already TOLD US that devs have a much different playthrough than us peon folk.
They said 1 hour for normal people 15 minutes for the DEV and people who played it before. So isn't it 1hr for peon folks?
Of course i'm not complaining cause i play slow anyway. So much stuff in codex.. MUST READ!
That was an estimation.

some excuse will be made... "unforseen events occurred that are forcing us to delay it" much like the toolset.

They get everyone hyped on something and make us wait incredibly long periods of time, I bet to them "holiday season" means febuary.

Holiday season refers to the period around Christmas and New Years. December 8th is neither of those.
Hannukah starts in three days. What, only Christian holidays count?

Okay we can't get that specific sword skin, but it looks terrible anyway.

I'm obviously not the only one complaining about Bioware's fail (at meeting the needs of the consumers) (Launch with Many Game breaking bugs, and apparent memory leaks, patches that take months to appear and focus more on gameplay than bug fixing(they fixed the teagan problem, grats, now about everything else....)
DLC available on day one, and over pricing it.... regardless of whether we can afford it or not, and over-priced item is still over-priced. I think paying 5-7 bucks for peices of armor is stupid, I got shiny armor in wardens keep, and now im getting shiny armor for ostagar. Yea its true I don't have to buy it, but why make DLC that only meets the expectations of the minority, and not expect the people with open minds to not notice how stupid the trend is getting.
1-2 week notification before a release sounds good, that's just me, but bioware can ignore most of the people here who have problems with it, and hope that makes them a lot of money.
yea im ready for the "omg troll" or stupid responses, go ahead hit me with your best =).

Why not just say we're aiming for a release date of the 28th (if your "window" is the 21st to the 28th) but may hold up the release for an extra two week to ensure quality if that time is needed.
Ummm. So I guess I'm here to add my voice to the question of when could I realistically be expecting to be able to download this, a reasonable guess will do.

What is the release date for Return to Ostagar? How much will it cost for the download?
Did you read anything of the original post or the addons page on the DA website?

Ive made 3 characters and already the game is getting dull. Wardens keep for that much MS points and its content wasnt even that good or long.
Lets hope this new DLC is better but with statements like "1 hour estimated gameplay" things dont look so good.
