I would presume we'll hear something soon. It does say it'll be out holiday season. Christmas is very near now. Perhaps in 2 weeks time we'll have this DLC.



I am on the fence about the time it'll take to complete this DLC, but to be honest I have yet to even finish one playthrough. However $5 isn't a bad price, really.



I do hope that future DLC will encompass more content. If BioWare has got this planned out for two years, we'll need to see some very strong DLC from them. Also I think that BioWare should make the Qunari a playable race.

its not that I fear of RtO being sucky for having short playtime, but what comes next after that. the next question is..



when will be the next DLC be announced after RtO? considering the short playtime of RtO, people will want more. do we expect another DLC to be announced after that? or we will have to wait like 2-3 months for a new DLC?

I think 5$ for 1 hour game is too much. I get all the game, final price, divide ..ok, nice game, many many hours of cool gaming. But with 1 hour game, 5$... I dont mind to pay 10$ (for example), but with a lot of hours with fun. Its only my opinion of course.

I'm guessing a DLC a month, like Bethesda did. Which I'm fine with. It gives me a reason to skip my monthly McDonalds run!

i'll buy all DLCs.. BUT they shouldnt be released too late.. dragon age gets boring after a while too.. yes, for real! Not yet.. but yeah we'll see^^

i have completed twice and i have to say that DAO is getting boring, apart from some dialogue changes for the story your doing, the game is the same. so i will be pleased when the new dlc comes out, but i will probably wait till there are a few more dlc's before i continue to play..

imo the game is great, but one of the shortest rpg's i have played..

a poster alread said it...coffee at star bucks cost 5 bucks, a value meal. ... an hour or 2 of content is worth it. at the drive through window...cancel your meal, go home eat a pj sand and buy the content

Just because a meal costs 5bucks, doesn't mean 1hour for 5bucks is worth it. Stop trying to lie to yourselves.

What is to defend? The game is barely a month into release and the DLC will be available sometime this holiday season. Hardly a long wait. Learn some patience.

Any new content is worth a measly 5 bucks to me. I make more than twice that in an hour's work. Not a big deal at all. Keep the DLC coming and I'll keep buying it!

Yea i so agree let them keep coming and coming...

and i dont care if they cost more then 5 stinky dollars

a great game well its worth it better 5-15 dollars or more for a dlc then paying each month to a stupid mmo

Thats.. laughable. Paying 5 dollars for an hour, if thats content of rehashed areas and already made armor. I am guessing any skilled modder could do that in a few hours worth of time. And before you say 5 dollars isnt anything, it adds up. You are shelling out more for pieces of junk, then you would for a full fledged expansion.

What do we get with this dlc that is actually new content? More voice content? New armor/weapons? (Not simply armor/weapons that they already made, and any competent modder can drop into the world). Or is this going to to turn into another wardens keep, where we get an area we can never return in, along with broken skills? (example: Bloody grasp, spell turning into a constant debuff)

What is worth something to one may not be to another. Simple fact of life. If you feel its not worth your money, then dont spend it. But dont belittle or trash someone else just because they DO feel its worth the money. THAT, my friend, is laughable, not to mention rude.

Actually, I didnt "belittle" him. I just said that his reason for considering the dlc worthwhile is laughable. Heck, if he wants to go outside and burn his money, more power to him. It doesnt make it any more sensible.

I have not made up my mind about this dlc one way or the other yet. If it actually does contain new content, I will likely buy it. As it stands, the way it is currently advertised, there is no reason to buy it. Unless of course your on a console and that hard up for seeing one new set of armor and a weapon. Oh yes, least I forget, an area that already is in the game with some darkspawn in it.
