Nice one zalderach, sad but true. It seems like there is a ton of whinging going on in here. Judging from the frequency of some of those posters comments they have little else to do in life so I guess we should cut them some slack. NOT!

It's more like, people whine no matter what. One of the problems with internet forums is often the people who have the time and impetus to write are in that position because they are upset. And, typically upset about something they have little real understanding of, as this thread is great evidence of.

Bioware doesn't announce DLC. People whine about when DLC is coming. They announce. People whine it is too soon and Bioware are vampires, others whine about lack of release date. It gets delayed. Cue a deafening roar of wah wah wah posts.

When they do release it, guess what will happen then?

People will log onto the internet and whine about it.

Yeah, if they start making you buy more points than you need to get what you want... I may have to switch sides to the Anti-DLC Freedom Coalition Union. I doubt they will, though.

It'll be funny if it turns out that the price decrease wasn't really intended, you know just like the premature announcement of DLC. Just like how they said it will be out during the holiday season and well turns out things change. Since i've nothing better to do i'll be whining.



Isn't the whole purpose of a forum to complain about what you're not happy about? Otherwise it'll just be people saying how cool it is that they are not delivering on time.

Just because you CAN complain doesn't mean you should, or are entitled to, that anyone cares, or that you're correct in any fashion. I prefer to think of forums as a place where likeminded people can exchange ideas and learn from each other. Even on this site, it can occur... however there's a massive bias towards uninformed crybaby ****fests that have no basis in reality.

Uhh if we don't complain about the things we don't like (like making an announcement to make an announcement that they are going to be releasing DLC a month later that may or may not come out at that time because they announced it prematurely) then how can we ever expect things to change? Oh thats right what has complaining to them done? (other than get the price lowered on an hour long mission).

I think this DLC will be too small to warrent a preview. Like tasting a tiny pie.

They were going to release a preview. Unfortunately it got delayed till the next holiday season due to very good reasons (NOT EXCUSES).

Extremely poor example.

Complaining is not criticism. It has been clearly stated MANY TIMES that Devs only listen to the people that are not acting like d-bags.

I'd like to see the ability to grow the fortress at Ostagar as a player owned fort like NWN2 had Crossroad Keep for instance rather than the way they had Watcher's Keep.
