"Warden! Help! We need your assistance to do the X thing!"
"Well, I could do this, but if u didn't follow the news .. WE HAVE A F***king BLIGHT "
" Oh common, you're gonna get a shiny armor and stuff about the lore :D"
" Oh well, the blight can wait"
Shale and warden's keep had their sense: A Golem - well it's faster to kill a bunch of darkspawn with one of those, and a keep to gather your forces...wich i have not seen there.
Please Bioware, do not seek any advice from whinning armor-archievements-abilities-collectors, and give us (as you did to this day )a true experience of a dark fantasy rpg, with a reasonable plot. Pretty please.

QFT, but it sure seems like Duncan is alive in a way that people in the fade are still "alive" .

Face the music, Bioware.
Yes, because a bunch of people screaming for blood over not having content NOW is really going to get to them.

The 360 gamers are their main first and foremost source of income since the game sold the most copies on that platform and we 360 gamers just love achievements so that is indeed something they will keep on doing. As for armors......you really need to stay quiet and go away....most armors in the game only have 2 or 3 different looks so you end up having 500 armors that all look the same. I simply love the Warden's Kepp armor and its very distinct look and I am sure a lot of gamers out there across all platforms would appreciate a little more variation.

While I am certainly not one of those "screaming for blood" I do think they need to announce a solid release date. They promised an update this week and so far they haven't delivered.....there are only 5:15 left of this week where i am and for many it's already gone. XBL lists DAO DLC as "Coming Soon" and they never list something that is more than 2 weeks out......they've been listing it like that for a week already. I'm hoping this Tuesday but the deliberate silence is not that promising. Reminds me of Pinnacle Station who had announcements of announcements and then they just went on to pretend it didn't exist after it was released without any acknowledgement of its existence from BioWare.....it was indeed crap. Something like that would be a let down and not a good way to earn returning customers when you plan to release 2 years of DLC.

Last time I checked DA was still alive, though MA isn't doing so well these days. :innocent:

One thing that I've been wondering about RtO is whether the story will be self-contained - i.e. all the content in the DLC will take place within the "Return to Ostagar" quest, or whether, as with The Stone Prisoner, there will be knock-on effects to events in the main storyline as well?
Self-contained

It scares me think how many people are hanging out for this DLC ? don't you have enough problems with the avalibale DLC's without rewarding EA for it by purchasing more bugs?

I certainly hope this is the case. Bioware has the chance to create a string of addicting and enjoyable DLC's if they tie them up with the ending screens summarising the events after the final battle such as Alistar, Morrigan, the Dalish and Dwarves.
I also hope that in a years time a new campaign will be released that could expand the post-blight events. If the DLC's dont tie up loose ends then i hope that a new campaign would. The amount of lore available for Bioware to play with would enable them to create locations outside of Fereldon as well as a multitude of side-quests based on the wealth of information provided by the codex.
