As TIM is already part indoctrinated husk, did anyone really expect Cerberus to "not"  be working with the Reapers in ME3?

As I mentioned a while ago in a different thread. - The proximity of the Reapers was more than likely part of the reason that TIM was able to remain in control of himself but now that the Reapers are practically on top of him the indoctrination huskification is harder to resist resulting in him being taken over.  But this is just my speculation so people will have to wait for the game to find out for certain.

There are few people here on the forum, that do not need the final game to know for certain. ;) (sarcasm)

Staying loyal to my LI means I get some 'comforting' after my trial? Yes? I really hope I don't have to wait until I go off to the final battle.

So much good news. Still, I'm sad to hear that it seems Mordin won't be joining us. I hope he has a cool section of story. He had one of the most interesting and dramatic loyalty missions, and I really hope our decision with the genophage cure plays out somehow. He and Legion both have so much good writing and plot potential, I hope it doesn't go to waste. James Vega and Kai Leng are going to have to work extra hard to keep me from wishing I were with my old friends instead.

Mordin and Legion are the best. We need more of them.

"Regardless of how you finished ME2, Cerberus are now your enemy and are throwing their black and yellow-clad commandos at Shepard for reasons he'll discover later in the game when, as Bioware confirm then Illusive Man
returns"

I'm a little disappointed in this. I wasn't a Cerberus loyalist or anything. But i didn't want to be their enemy either. An extremist group during life or death situations can be very useful.

I would actually think an extremist group is the LEAST useful group in a crisis simply because in a crisis you are already going up against bad odds. I would want someone trustworthy generally.

Sure, they might do wonders by going berzerk and helping out...they might also go crazy and turn on you even if that's to their detriment (ie end of life in the galaxy) because hey, they are extremists.

If it's the king of the 3025 battlefield I'll take it.

Same here.

Christ I wish they'd hurry up and release more info on the new Mechwarrior game. It's been ages since the reveal trailer and it's starting to feel like vaporware.

Garrus is back along with Jack:
"She's matured," admits Art Director Derek Watts, "maybe she's softened up a bit.  You can only stay punk rock for so long, you know.  Even Johnny Rotten eventually goes, 'I've got to do something different'.  She'd get tired of walking around completely naked and she'd probably grow her hair out, but she's still Jack and still kinda punk - shaved at the sides with a ponytail at the back"

I hope that analogy isn't literal.Image IPB

I'm hoping (from the description given to us) that Jack looks like Juhani.

Same voice actress.
Same characteristics (violent and angry, powerful but unfocused).
Same history more or less.

I really liked Juhani in KOTOR, and am praying that if BW ever does make KOTOR 3, they bring her back.

Me too, I'm wondering if the Warhammer they used was a bridge too far and they got hammered for licensing again.

Just keep buying Bioware's poor story telling excuse . If the reapers were a real threat and a serious enemy we wouldn't need to be facing Cerberus in 3 but oh we need 2 enemies because games like Halo and Gears have 3 enemies that you face

How can you accuse ME3 of having poor storytelling when we know so little about the plot?

How is it relevent to have two enemies if other games in other genres have three? Also, Ive played both and dont really recall three...

Regarding Jack and their comments about characters "maturing"...

How big changes of character and appearance do they perceive real people undergo in a timeframe of about 2 months or less?

Major changes to characters just sounds silly when you hold it up against the timeframe we are talking about from ME2 to ME3...

Considered the big 'POOOF' Shepards team also made in this period from him, I sure as hell hope he at least got a decent "we're splitting from your sorry arse" party before they all left in a rush...
