Hello, I'm unable to use Mass Effect 2 DLC.  I think the problem is that I used different e-mail addresses for the various accounts needed to make this work.  I bought and play ME2 using Steam for Windows, which uses one e-mail address.  I bought the Kasumi DLS using my BioWare and EA accounts which use a different address.

I have entered the Cerberus Network within ME2 and can access the second laptop at the ME2 main screen.  But where is the actual game content?  My BioWare website account does not show the Cerberus Network DLC on this page:  http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

I bought the Kasumi DLC through the BioWare website.  This DLC shows on the my BioWare account page.  When I download and run the installer, nothing happens.  It simply quits after about 90% verifying the integrity of the download.  I've downloaded it using Firefox 3.6.

All the different accounts needed have caused confusion and may be preventing me from using DLC.  Can't I just get all the DLC within Steam to keep it simple?  Thanks.

You need to contact EA support to get them to merge the account details.
The Kasumi installation error can be caused by multiple things, ranging from packet loss (more so if you use wireless), antivirus/firewall settings, browser version, browser add-ons, and download managers. Your best bet is to use a browser without any add-ons, Chrome and Opera being the most reliable.
No, you cant get the DLC via Steam.

Thanks for the input. I'll try EA support. ... so many accounts I couldn't keep them all straight.
