Since I saw so many squad mates appreciation threads, and most of this threads state that if you don't like the particular squad mate then you shouldn't coment negatively about it, but I thought that here you can openly put your complaints about squad mates in ME 2 that you wouldn't like returning, or the very least return for one mission, so please state the reason why you dislike the squad mate and wouldn't like him/her returning. I'll start first:
First and foremost I don't want Jacob Taylor as a squad mate at all in ME 3, I think it's an awfull character, not very in depth and boring.
I also wouldn't like returning is Samara/Morinth, I really dislike her and her code, as for Morinth she just creeps me out with her dark passion and drugs talk, plus the risk to get super AIDS from her, so off with them BioWare please.
Grunt is another character that I wouldn't like to see, while he may be fun a few times, he simply isn't worth it, he's a psychotic killer krogan and has nothing to do in the team to save the galaxy.
Kasumi Goto is another character I wouldn't like to see at all, she isn't cool at all, plus she is one of the weakest during combat.
Zaeed Messani, I would only want him to return just for a mission, to finish the Vido Santiago story line, cause I kinda liked that story and I think it has potential, in the rest he's not so cool.

I'm just going to say Miranda. Feels like I'm some B-rated interactive porno every time I talk to her on the ship, and it disgusts me.
Also, Kasumi is far from the weakest. Her Shadow Strike is the most powerful power in the whole damn game. And her flashbangs disables biotics.

Then don't buy them (Kasumi, Zaeed) or don't recruit them or get them killed in the suicide mission. Appealing to BW to change the plot to meet your requirements, on the other hand, doesn't seem particularly likely to succeed.

Without actually naming the characters, here are some of their characteristics/ filthy habits I'd like to leave out of ME3:
The Bunny Hop. You know, finding that crate directly in front of the YMIR mech and scrambling up on top of it. Not a good idea, seen as how YOU'RE NOT WEARING ANY ARMOUR AS IT IS.
Arthritic Knees. As soon as a battle starts, I see a little flash of squadmate blue of someone trying to go around me that ends with me trying to push their battle scarred corpse off me. This character just sucks up my meager early game Medigel like there was no tomorrow.
That's just a couple to start things off...

I really don't hate any of the characters in game, but I do have two that are my least liked.
Miranda: Her adamant defending of Cerberus even in the face of some of their worst actions does rub me the wrong way. It's not until the near absolute end that she does a seemingly out of the blue reversal. Gameplaywise, her AI in my playthroughs is absolutely atrocious. She's more often dead than not so there goes the squad bonuses that are rather nice, and out of all the characters, I end up blowing through the most medigels on her resurrections. In all of my playthroughs, she ends up dying on the suicide mission.
Thane: With me he just suffers from the issue that there's so many characters to choose from on away missions that he's redundant as far as skillset goes. A fair amount of my playthroughs I've not even bothered with recruiting him and they've all gone fine.

I think that hate is a strong word. Miranda and I have some issues. I think it's more how she was packaged (ha ha) than who she is and who she becomes. Obviously she's a very useful squadmate and evolves throughout the game not to sound so egotistical. My major beef with her was that the instant I saw her in the skintight suit she's wearing when you meet her, I had the thought that so many strong female characters in games come out of the gate wearing something provocative in a totally unrealistic way or inappropriate scenario. They could have had her be a strong, beautiful woman without sticking her backside in the camera every time my Shepard wants to have a conversation with her. It's not her fault. I like the new armor look for her. Totally appropriate for having gunfights.
