That's right whoever's reading this post, I don't like your favorite character and I insult you for liking them. Hope it riled you up something fierce.
Also I understand that your mother is overweight.
There, I just said what all these threads are secretly saying in the first place. We're done here.

Since I saw so many squad mates appreciation threads, and most of this threads state that if you don't like the particular squad mate then you shouldn't coment negatively about it, but I thought that here you can openly put your complaints about squad mates in ME 2 that you wouldn't like returning, or the very least return for one mission, so please state the reason why you dislike the squad mate and wouldn't like him/her returning. I'll start first:
First and foremost I don't want Jacob Taylor as a squad mate at all in ME 3, I think it's an awfull character, not very in depth and boring.
I also wouldn't like returning is Samara/Morinth, I really dislike her and her code, as for Morinth she just creeps me out with her dark passion and drugs talk, plus the risk to get super AIDS from her, so off with them BioWare please.
Grunt is another character that I wouldn't like to see, while he may be fun a few times, he simply isn't worth it, he's a psychotic killer krogan and has nothing to do in the team to save the galaxy.
Kasumi Goto is another character I wouldn't like to see at all, she isn't cool at all, plus she is one of the weakest during combat.
Zaeed Messani, I would only want him to return just for a mission, to finish the Vido Santiago story line, cause I kinda liked that story and I think it has potential, in the rest he's not so cool.
There, I finished, please do the same, and remember, if you want to say good things about some of the squad mates seen here please go to the appreciation threads ok, awaiting your opinions people!
Hate is a strong word for pixel characters....The thing is vlyms, this is kinda pointless, we all have our own loves and dislikes and how I see it is, I would rather have the ones I dislike still around than lose the ones I love....that way everyones happy that they get their favorite squaddies back.

With that said, I'll bite.
Ashley: Haters view her as bullheaded and close-minded. Those accusing her of racism are going overboard. I think she more apprehensive than hateful.
Tali: To be honest, I think most of her hate is due to her fanbase rather than her character.
Miranda: She's more hated for aestetics than character. If there's one knock on her character, it's her attitude (at least in the beginning).
From what I've seen, everyone else is generally well-received.

Is it? They're characters with a set of traits that one can like or dislike. For example, I think Samara is just as bad as any other religious extremist (I'd argue that her willingness to kill law enforcement officers is an indicator that she's not the paragon of righteousness she claims to be.)Hate is a strong word for pixel characters....

also to humor the thread, I like all the squadmates but some should be doing better things than serving under Shepard, like Garrus and Tali. Tali should be an admiral and Garrus should ahve stayed with C-Sec or gone back to the Turian Military. they haven't grown one bit from ME1 except showing romantic feelings for Shepard, Garrus is still a hotheaded whiner who hates rules and Tali's still a damnsel in distress. Yet they're so damn popular. *shakes head*

Oh there are certainly characters I dislike in ME, but hate? Hmmm...pretty harsh.

wait until they introduce the amazing elcor clowns - huskified!
To answer the OP:
I really don't hate anyone, Jacob sometimes starts to annoy with the way he talks and the fact that he is practically giving his comments after every recruitment mission doesn't help him much to remedy the situation - so i mostly grant him his wish and let him volunteer as tech expert.

I like all the characters. Yeah, I have no time to hate. And I especially love the characters that the hipsters hate. They get special attention in my books for just for pissing off pretentious condescending wankers.
I agree, there are a pair of characters of I don't care at all, but even them enrich the ME's universe, so well, I prefer to consider them a "bonus content" more than something to use as excuse to open moronic threads and have fun p!ssing off people who likes them. And screw the hipstery haters, off course... I can respect the dislike or even the hate for a character if there are some decent reasons behind it, but all the "hhurr... durr... I hate the xxx character because of its silly and creepy fanbase... hhrr... durr... I think out of the herd and like yyy instead ... hurr... durr..." always makes me willing to laugh and rage at the same time of people's idiocy.

Hell, I even like Jacob, who everyone seems to have distaste for. Good guy, good moral character, understands what needs to be done without drinking TIM's kool aid. He was nice to have around as someone I felt I could trust.

To be fair, Legion could try to hack the Normandy regardless of where he was but yeah the A.I room is.... an odd place to put him in.
