 Saw on the wikia the following quote:
""I heard the Hero of Ferelden married Queen Anora, but is keeping an elven lover. Scandalous.""

Does this mean that there's also one for Leliana? I'm just curious considering how bugged everything was for her in DA:O and how the flags aren't working properly with DLC.

Unknown, and this would probably require a dev comment, but it wouldn't surprise me if there wasn't a rumor about it. The King of Ferelden keeping an elven lover on the side, an assassin at that, and another guy would probably be far more scandalous and thus gossip-worthy than just keeping a woman on the side. Hell, to some degree it's probably expected of him if marrying Anora is strictly a political move.

Mistress of the Queen, that's another story, but in their current state I doubt that the flags would differentiate between Leliana being the mistress of a male Warden or female Warden.

True, though I like the idea of my Warden-King having an Orlesian as his mistress. I'd expect some people to talk about that in their gossip circles too.

Romance Leliana > Harden her > Marry Anora > Don't talk with her since you arrange the marriage or she'll break up with you (bug) > beat the game.
