I intend to start another NWN2 run, however, I would like to change the number of feats
all characters gain per level.

Is there a way to add a feat at each level or change the number of feats characters gain
at different levels...say by modifying some .2da files?

Might want to ask in the moder section. I know there are some Mods that will give you extra feats (makeing yor char illegal for other games). Anouther way to do this is make items with these extra feats your wanting.

I do notice I tend to play alot of Humans for that extra feat at start....lol and females cause the human and elves (Drow not included) just look so bad and there facial options tend to suck. Isn't the feat give out like every 3 levels as is (not counting the extra feats for fighter and wizard)? So makeing it every level would be just retardly insane and not to mention alot of them are limited by your abilitie scores which aren't given out as often either so will you be raiseing those allso. Why not just give the char XP and start out higher level?

Yes, you gain one feat at level 1, 3, and every 3 levels after that. I don't know if it can be modified, but some classes and races gain more feats than others. A level 4 human Fighter has 5 feats, for example.

If you don't have modding experience, it might be easier just to open the console and use the Givefeat command whenever you want a character to pick up another feat. There are lists online of all the feats and their numbers.
