I named my female mabari "Carver." I make sure my venomous brother knows he's my... well, you can figure it out.

Well, you get the idea. It's usually something to do with a baby.
This began as an inside joke with my husband, so don't read too much into it... I don't hate babies, or wish they were dead, eaten, smited, etc. All of our "kids" are of the 4-legged variety, so it made sense to me to call the dog "baby", then add whatever "baby" would be doing...and thus babyeater was born, and it went on from there.

in Origins I usually went with either Gaspode or Cujo depending on whether my Warden was going to be good or evilish. occasionally I'd name him Alistair or TheMaker for a small laugh. nowdays I usually go with Doggigan based on my parody
