Just a little yes or no. I'm early in the game, but will Shep's Frankenstein looks be fixed later on? I mean those fissures with the lava showing underneath. They make me feel so undead. And afraid that they will itch and she'll distractedly scratch her face and OUCH!!!

They may get worse depending on how you play the game but yes, you'll eventually be able to fix them no matter what.
