I have her as in archer with the imperium crossbow. Shoud I now focus on dexterity or cunning?

Crossbows are lacking in Origins. If you switch to a comparable long bow, you'll notice the damage go up. I'd give her the best long bow available until you get Marjolaine's Recurve.

She needs a mix of dexterity and cunning for her archery and her bard/rogue talents. Song of Valor/Song of Courage improve with higher cunning, and less deft hands talents are needed. Usually, I try to go 50/50 dex/cun with her.
