If people are really expecting Mass Effect to be like one of those classic RPGs, they're barking up the wrong tree.
Me? I can't care less.
I play the game for the character developments and the story, not for pointless stats and inventory systems.
And yet the stats and inventory will be there.
Some gamers can handle both.
Word.
I'm down with what you said. I like stats and I want to see they make a difference.

I'm really surprised so many details about this game is coming out more than 6 months before the release of this game. BioWare is being really really open with ME3 than they were with DA2 and ME2.
Now I really don't wanna start a Twitter account ....

I wonder if a bit of the reason Twitter's over-capacity right now is Robert Orci's tweet that a new Star Trek series might be brewing.

Yeah, I don't want to get any more off-topic in this thread or anything, but that was sort of my reaction when I read it on io9 earlier. I sent a tip to TrekMovie.com and clicked the link to Orci's tweet... only to find that twitter is over capacity.

Wonder if the Mass Effect universe would ever trek (<-- pun!) into television? Might be interesting

Can somone ask him about the ridiculous Ashley Armor
But he answered other question
@CaseyDHudson Hi, will squadmates wear armor with helmets or are high heels, breather masks and space boobs making return?
@BablAqUA All of the above, but with a focus on some pretty badass new armor and helmets.
It doesnt make me very optimistic about Ashley´s armor.

Seems to me that he means squadmates will be recieving both combat and non-combat attire just like Shepard does
guess we'll have to wait and see.

2 km long Reaper vs Shepard that would be epic dunno how the heck we would be able to take it down on foot (on the Nornandy maybe). It could be like in ME1 when Shepard has to walk up the Citadel Tower near the end with Sovereign just sitting there infront of you getting bigger as you got higher and higher on the tower.

I don't mind stats and inventory systems, but those aren't why I play RPG's.
I play RPG's for story, character customization, dialogue choice, single-player length, free-roaming gameplay, and replayability.
My favorite franchises are Fallout(all of them, not just 3 and NV) and Mass Effect, yet DnD bores me to death.
Does this make me a simple-minded shooter-fan?

Hmm, not a particularly strong rebuttal there. Could be we are looking at the lower end of the squad numbers prediction? Still hoping for at least 7.
