I only played Vanguardon insanity and I found Charge extremely dangerous to use unless there were only a couple of bad guys left. I loved it when it worked but it tended to kill me quite often!

It takes a lot of practice for most players to Charge effectively on Insanity.  I hope the same balance of danger and power is preserved in ME3.

Same Iazuli, I absolutely adored charge-destroying packs on Insanity once you get it down. When it all goes right its just... beautiful.

The Cain was only ever useful at the reaper core level. i haz saad.

no no no, the M290 CAIN is very useful if yer playin on insanity or just like seeing mushroom clouds fill the other side of a room [a big room tho, for your own safety]. the CAIN is awesome and i want it back

garrus' loyalty mission: double mechs? double nuke. derelict reaper core, nuke. praetor givin you trouble? nuke em. merc gun ships gettin in the way? Bada Boom. and of course the final boss battle, Big Bada BOOMs [plural]

the other thing id love to see [that probably wont happen] is some kind of narrative/gameplay acknowledgement that shepard is leaving giant mushroom clouds all over the place: my shepards make a big mess

itd be awesome to see bigger consequences for setting off the CAIN. a cutscene where a ships hull blows out and it falls apart or the explosion could cut power on a space station and clog the ventilation with smoke

its just a pipe dream, no delusions of seeing it happen in ME3 [or ever really]. itd almost be enuff for the council to mention it:
asari counselor "Commander Shepard youre style served you well in the traverse but.. "
turian counselor "Shepard you set off a nuclear device on Virmire. and Omega. and Purgatory"
salarian counselor "and lets not forget the dual explosions on the Citadel: the warehouse district is in ruins"

1. Huh, I wonder what that original plan was. Think they'll tell us after ME3?

2. Even if you give them the Collector Base? It doesn't really make sense is you chose to be the Cerberus loyalist in ME2.

Not surprised by this. Bioware did say that they wanted to bridge ME1 and ME2 with DLC, but that apparently fell through due to technical difficulties, so that's why the Collectors come out of nowhere in ME2 (unless you read the novels).

Even if you destroyed the base, it isnt good reason for TIM or Cerberus to kill Shepard. Since they know he is the only way too save the galaxy. Revive someone for 2 years and spend so much money then go killing him sounds silly.

Maybe they don't wanna kill Shepard just capture him for some reason? I always thought it was strange that the Collectors/Reapers wanted Shepards body when he/she was dead. What if during Cerberus investigation on the Collector base/remains they find out why the Collectors wanted Shepard and that's the reason there after him now.

Could be something related to the Protheans as Shepard has all that Prothean stuff still floating up in his\\her head lol.

i hope they work out a better pipeline for ME3, i would prefer a steady stream instead if sporadic offerings. maybe the game is too big, collecting assets too daunting a task but i still want 2x or 3x the dlc for ME3

i treat the franchise like a tv show: Mass Effect. starring Jennifer Hale as Commander Shepard [cue theme music]. a few new episodes for each season [re: game] keeps everything fresh, like celebrity cameos on a good tv show

I would love to be able to do that with Shepard, especially if they have Shep say "Oh yeah!" while bombarding people with wall shrapnel.

First of all, I'm sure it's a joke so calm down. Secondly, why can't you see how awesome what you just said is? It'd be freaking hilarious!

Look at this from the TIM's point of view. The CB is what he's been waiting for, the chance to finally secure human safety and dominance in the Galaxy. The overall goal of Cerberus is to attain dominance over the races at any cost. Destroying that chance of dominance, the CB, is effectively saying that you're against Cerberus ideals. I can see why the TIM would disagree and see Shepard as a threat then. I look forward to seeing how this is handled in ME3
