The real Shadow Broker was the yahg. Now, I don't think that knowing who was the predecessor to the yahg Shadow Broker would change anything in ME3. So my guess is no, we won't.

I think I remember them saying it will affect some of the cerberus troops who are fighting you or something to that effect. I could be wrong though because I vaguely remember this...

Well, salarians were based on amphibians, and with them females are typically larger than the males.

Well, salarians were based on amphibians, and with them females are typically larger than the males.

Nah. I'm thinking we've been seeing salarian women along with men the whole time.  Humans just can't tell the difference

Well Female Salarians only make up 10% of their population. In addition they rarely leave their homeworld since they serve of the main political leaders of the planet. From the books we know that female Salarians look simular, but I beleive they are a bit bigger in size.
