She seemed pretty consensual to me. And Shepard didn't slap her ass on the first day of work or anything. I mean, I guess I can see why one could see it as harassment but it'd be a rather mild example.

We know for sure she'll be in in some capacity if she survived, and I'm 99.9% sure I heard that players who were in a relationship with her will get some form of continuation/closure.

I think his statement was if she survived Mass Effect 2, It's possible to continue the Romance.
