My girlfriend just finished MGS2 the other day. Jennifer Hale was in that as well as La Marr. And some others that have popped up in Mass Effect. It's always good to see the great VAs getting steady work.

Grunt especially leads down a rather huge list of things and quite a few of those are from Japanese productions. Steve Blum has been all over anime and JRPGs. My friend and I don't go a week without bumping into something with our favorite young krogan in it. Heck, he's even written!

Awesome.  I think I need more anime in my life--only watched about five hours of it ALL SUMMER.

But I only JUST found out that Keith was Dr. Facilier.  Re-watching Princess and the Frog and I was like HEY WAITAMINUTE.

Heh, yeah, I've known about that for a bit now but when I found out I stopped in my tracks. It's quite a moment-grabbing realization.

As for anime... I stepped out of it for the better part of seven or eight years. Recently got back into the swing since my friends successfully reminded me of those few great shows I'd seen as an impressionable (but apparently forgetful) adolescent... like Cowboy Bebop, for example.

Think of the units, eh? They're turning ME3 into an RTS! Jump-the-gun time! Rage-time!

Yeah, I didn't touch it for a long time, either.  Then all my high school buddies were actually all in town at once for the first time in years so we were like NERD PARTY.

And we did nerd things.  Like anime and SSB: Brawl.

You play Brawl? I just got my Wii back. If you happen to have the game, we should play someday! Of course, the Wii's online is... uhh. Lacking.

On Topic: SECONDED.

Left the Wii at my parents' house.  My brother would fuss if I took it away, plus my roomie is Lord of the Television.

Which is totally fair, since I am Lord of the Microwave.

The fridge is joint property.

I'm a stovetop kinda guy. I dare say I'm Lord of the Stove. Fellowship of the Rice and all that.

I might just be Lord of the Television too. Wow. This conversation has made me realize how good I have it. Thanks, Cheez!

Not enough foot fetish in that clip.

It's not really Tarantino without the creepy foot thing.

Could someone ask or know if it has been asked already:

Have then produced better facial animations to coincide with emotional outbursts such as crying, anger, screaming, etc.?

EDIT: Grammer. It be the bomb.

I can forgive him for not seeing Boondock Saints, and Snatch -- but Pulp Fiction???

You have not lived until you've watched that masterpiece.

Has anyone/can anyone ask if we're able to use powers while rolling, for example: Shepard rolls and uses pull at the same time (like Thane in the ME2 Cinematic trailer, but not as flashy).

Got the answer.

@BrenonHolmes Can we use some power while rolling? Like for example, like Thane did in CGI ME2 Cinematic trailer, but not as flashy.

Brenon Holmes
@CroGamer002 No, rolling is a separate action... though there are some abilities that kind of blur the line. ^_^

:P

I am also thinking of the "Joker Manuever" when most of the team members are behind Shepard and Ash starts yelling and Pressley (sp?) starts yelling back as they approach Ilos in ME1.

I figure there might be quite a bit of banter and screaming about desicions or death or success that it would be nice to see better facial animations to match the tones of the voice actors.
