Wait a minute, do you mean to tell me the hanar preacher on the Presidium isn't relevant to the state of the galaxy in ME3?

I have to say part of me is worried that is actually a reality for someone out there.

Here I was, certain that it was the Hanar that said "That one should have killed this one while that one had the chance."
