This is way too long for Twitter, needs to be less than 140 characters to fit in one message

^Ah, thanks, didn't realise that.

Ok how about:

"Will singularity function similar to other primary powers - having one active affects casting other powers (cooldown), and it either times out or can be toggled out?"

I tried it in this version: "@manveerheir Will singularity function like other primary powers - having 1 active affects casting other powers (cooldown) and it either times out or can be toggled out?" and it's still 29 characters too long :( You need to rewrite it (the twitter name is also part of the limit).

Heh, thanks for the assistance! :)
Think I've got it this time:

"@manveerheir Will singularity work like other primaries - having 1 active affects other powers (cooldown) and is either timed/toggled out?"

"Yeah once you cast, all powers will be on a recharge timer. The Singularity will last until it's used up or time expires"

WTF? garrus being boring?
HA Someone hasn't played the franchise from the beginning.

My mistake he is not boring he is ANNOYING.

Shepard told him to go back to C SEC in ME1 instead he went to Omega to help  people because he cannot do that on the Citadel.

What about those poor kids (Duckt Rats) ? As a C SES officer he could have helped them.

Conrad Verner started a charity for ex slaves on Illium. Why could't Garrus do the same thing for those kids ?

My take on Garrus is that he knows that hes in the same category as Shep and Shiala.  He is someone who has enough of a quad and the skills to make a difference.  Unlike Conrad Verner, he can change the world through action.  What he discovers in the Turian Military, C-Sec or even attempting to get in the Spectres is that he can make a difference but he doesn't fit.  He tries to make a difference in the galaxy, reminicient of Thane's themes, but from a different perspective.  With Omega he even comments that he's not sure he's made a difference.  One thing he knows for sure though, when he is with Shep, he will make a difference.  The difference between Shep and Garrus is that Garrus wants to fix society, Shep's just here to save it.  Shep would never try to fix Omega or Illium.  Shep fights the battles that other people can't fight, Garrus isn't cut out to lead that fight, but he can certainly take part.

What you say is totaly true. But there are more ways to help people than just shooting.  (I know it's a "shooter")
And again what Conrad did he could have done that too.

he was just using the skills he had to help people...

expecting him to drastically reconstruct the sociopolitical structure of the galaxy and achieving true, overarching, and untainted justice is a bit much...

Blimey! Very fast.

Not too clear on his answer - sounds similar to the ME2 system, which is ok.

If you want a follow up question to clarify write it down, otherwise I'm gonna answer with "thank you for answering! :D" ;)

Garrus knew that he could never repair Omega by Talking or even setting up a Law enforcement, he was doing what he thought was the best solution to help people.

I hope they do similar thing to the tec armor too:
If I deactivate it it will have a shorter cooldown.

Did they reveal that we will be able to deactivate it?

I can see how that system works for Tech Armour, or Cloak, or AR.. but it doesn't seem to do anything special with Singularity

It lasts until it is used up or time expires? Isn't that what it did before?

Manually detonating your Singularity will be cool (a later level upgrade if I remember rightly) but otherwise that sounds same old

Devs aren't in charge of that kind of thing, they are too busy working on ME3. Plus planned website updates aren't exactly the kind of information they give out...

You can ask Chris for website-related thingies. I'm not sure Casey or Manveer have anything to do with this site. It's all on Evil Chris Priestly.
