From what we've been told you can't sabotage yourself through previous choices, but you can if you don't stick to your guns. For example, if you don't take an opportunity that arises as a result of saving the Rachni Queen then that will decrease your chances. 

That makes a lot of sense. It would also prevent frustrating moments where you realise you can't achieve a perfect ending unless you throw all your characters away and start over from ME1, doing it differently this time.

All of that looks cool, but Ashley better still have the option to wear her pink Phoenix armor with the dark gold visor dropped halfway down.  That's some sexy badassery right there.

Amazing job cleaning the images! I think that's the best one could do with the quality given! Really liking Kaidan's second outfit, definitely looks less like a battlefield armor and more like an official/representative military uniform (with some armor pieces)

I think the small ones are beta concepts and the large one to the left is the final design. Both for Vega and Kaidan. They won't have multiple armor kits, so. Also makes sense from a design standpoint, that's how concept art showcases generally work.

But some of the small Vegas show him in his casual outfit which we know will be in the game. And some of the small Kaidans are just different colour versions of his already-known Spectre armor. So I still think these outfit may be in the game.

The casual Vegas are POV shots for reference, they are facing different ways. Anyhow, be as it may, I won't complain for extra armor variants for squaddies.

It may really be different armors in game - even central Kaidan doesn't look as screenshot and forum avatar, which are both rather official. And poor guy still doesn't have casual outfit.

Ashley... so, are there people who still believe that boobs window is really insignia? Hope that's beta version of armour.

Speaking of beta versions... new look of James in armor is definitely better than anything shown about him before.

I hope Vega is better than Ash, as I have sacrificed her on Vermire, so Kaidan's biotic will be more use for me.
