ANSWERING MY OWN QUESTION: Nope, it's got more than twice the content, HOWEVER, it costs as much as the N7 edition alone, so screw that.

Yep.  Checked the Bioware store: 180 pages of concept art, plus a special section on the comics.  AWESOME, but $80.  I don't even pay that much for my textbooks.
