It means people causing trouble and goofing off, basically. It's used when someone does something silly and typically unnecessary for the sake of getting a rise out of others.

If you're familiar with the Lord of the Rings at all, think Merry and Pippin early in the story.

I feel bad for the guy. They've done a pretty good job to keep spoilers out of the marketing (I complained about the lack of footage, but understand their stance) and now this happens. We've still got about 4 months to go, and some idiot spoils the game for us.

Yes, he has all the reasons in the world to be mad. He spent 10 years working in this game and watching all this stuff must be a very frustrating experience.

The trolls wont have any problem posting the spoilers here, this and the Known Features threads are the most viewed threads on these boards, if I'm correct.
