A few questions I have (I don't have Twitter):

Will the walking animation be fixed? (It seemed that Shep favored one side when slowly walking)

Will the Normandy feel a bit more lived in? As in will we see crew walking around from place to place, for example.

I also have a question, will bioware use high res textures in Mass Effect 3? Mass effect 2 was epic but alot of textures was blurry as hell. I mean look at the gears of war 2 and other games (Batman AA) that are made on unreal engine, all of these have sharp looking textures even on consoles.

Do you remember that on the Shadow Broker's base there was a terminal with files of all the squad etc, in the file with Miranda said that she should be a good leader of Cerberus.I believe that Cerberus isn't controlled all the way by TIM, I think there is someone in the middle. Will see.

My understand of Cerberus is that TIM is the head, but there are section heads for each of the cells. With Lazurus Cell essentially going AWOL with Shepard, it's not too big of a logic leap to believe that some other cells have defected

Shepard inspired the other cells to defect lol jk. Well one way to look at it but when you do Jacks Loyalty mission you get  the knowledge that the cell in charge there went AWOL too. So its not too far off that we are dealing with a Rogue Cerberus cell or something related to that effect.

I get the feeling Cerberus Cells almost always go rogue with how many bad elements you keep running into. Think the whole things been managed via collecting information from all the constant failures and still moving on.

Reposting because I had the same question a couple of pages ago, but did not see if anyone posted the question or an answer.

Who knows? They said they wanted to make improvements across the board, I'd imagine that could include more refined textures. The Xbox's disk-size limit is the main hold back at this point. ME2 was already a massive game, I'm not sure ME3 will take much more space than its predecessor, and hi-res textures can take up a lot of it.

I wouldn't count on massive improvements regarding to textures. The technology has basically stalled since years in that regard.

"Every class will have a specific set of powers, including at least one new power, plus you can add a bonus power of your choice"

Not a new thing but it's nice to know what to expect from ME3 regarding this.

Happy to see they're still going with the bonus power, I like that little flexibility. Really can't wait to see a list of powers for everyone.

Hmm will be interesting to see how story DLC packs work. Given that the ending can spike off in different directions, surely the DLC has to be set before the end?
Although, my guess is that there is a romance DLC pack which adds in some sort of ceremony between you and your romance character. Would be kinda cool

I'm thinking Overlord or Bring Down the Sky-type DLC. Basically something that has nothing to do with the story at hand, but that's largely because I have no idea how they would integrate story-related DLC if the game has so many endings and variables.

I hope the DLCs can contribut a little more to the story this time around.

You're saying Arrival and LotSB did nothing for the story?

I say it gave a big enough chunk of story, for a DLC.

Early DLC could be set before the end without problem. But DLC that comes out later has to be able to be played even after you completed the game since very few would start a new game just for DLC. This can be handled like in ME2, or if the endings do differ too much for that, like in DA:O, by creating a final safe-game that allows you to acces DLC even if you died in the final battle.

Very unlikely, unless it get´s produced alongside the actual game and the voice acting is recorded at the same time as the rest of the dialog. There are nine possible LIs so far and maybe more to come and 9+ voiceactors (per language) is far too expensive for DLC.

I think of it too simply I guess.  I just assume you can just swap out low-res textures for high-res versions with the PS3 or PC version since those platforms would have the size or space for it (blu-ray disc) and it would not hurt performance.

But you bring up a good point and I unfortunately can not say your name aloud without reversing the B and the D in your name ;)

Highlighted to point out that I have seen a great many posters on these forums who do indeed start a new playthrough just because a new DLC is out. Not wanting to say you're wrong in principle, but it happens more than we know. I have to assume BW counts on this fact.

More useless DLC for airheads to buy. Great. How long until they sell you the game endings?

90% of DLC is not high quality stuff, it's stuff that should have already been in the game to begin with that I have to pay extra for.

I really hate when people say that.

The reason those DLCs weren't in the game was because they weren't finished in time.

Then it should have been free.

Overlord + LotRS + Weapon/Armor thing is less then 20 bucks, last DLC puts that at about 26. That's hours of content, new weapons, and its less then normal 'expansions'. I think people gripe a bit to much when it comes to DLC cause they haven't compared it to expansions, that or they also hated expansions.

That said I think ME2 had to little in armor and weapons at a base and there really should of been more. I wont have that issue with ME3.

Yeah, because they totally don't need to earn something on it to make up for the budget.

That would indeeb be freaking awesome.  Also I know things are going more and more digital but I wish Bioware would do what Rockstar does and Put the DLC on Disc as well much like Rockstar did for GTA 4 and Red Ded Redemption.  Makes my life easier.
