Bioware would get HUGE popularity from new (+casual) players and old fans if they would put a SP-style CC in for the multiplayer. The perks of being able to handcraft your own avatars would be extremely attractive-- and would allow for a huge surge of cerativness from the devs. Imagine the possibility of different turian, krogan, and krell skin tones and clan markings, asari face paint and skin textures, quarian suit designs, etc.
