Not saying you are wrong to be mention them, I just think that this topic would be so very dead if nobody posted apart from those reporting those infrequent tweets, and I think your post displays the enjoyment of the kind of relaxed atmosphere that allows people to post their views on these topics, rather than hold back because it isn't strictly a Twitter topic

Strange, to berate people for discussing something off-topic, and then post your own comment about both that topic and the VGA's (for which there are also dedicated threads). And no developers tweets.

Wasn't trying to berate anyone. It was mostly focused on the budget regarding kinect and mp, which has been argued again and again with continued heat. I think most of those who asked for things to get back on topic, or alluded to it, felt it was getting a bit out of hand.
Anyways, was just giving an honest answer to the question. And I note that some off-topicness is expected and yes, should be encouraged for the community. Hope that sort of clears up what I was saying.
As far as Garrus and Kaiden romances, I haven't started a FemShep playthrough, though I play as FemHawke in DA2. I will probably romance Kaiden since I usually keep him alive on Virmire, but who knows.

While I'd be willing to concede that depending on how things turn out that MP may be okay, Kinect is just a massive waste of time in every respect. Not just with Mass Effect, but with any hardcore, AAA title. Kinect is one of many things from Microsoft that should just rot and die alone in a corner and be forgotten about forever. BioWare are either stupid or complete tools to have even considered it for ME2, let alone actuall put it in and wasted time on it.
Respect your opinion, but do not agree. We can't say one way or another that Kinect is completely pointless until we ourselves try it. That's fact. I can see the potential of Kinect, it could make the game more immersive... again, can't say until we try it. To flat out say it's a waste of money in every respect without trying it first is ridiculous. I can say however, that if given the choice of implementing Kinect voice control or signing Beattie to reprise his role as Mordin, I would choose Beattie, but again, I cannot say Kinect was a complete waste of resources because it may be as great as the devs say it is. Give it a chance, don't be so pessimistic about it... unless of course you don't have Kinect, then your stance makes much more sense as a person who doesn't want resources put in to something they don't have.
I think you seem to be missing my point. Kinect in and of itself, with Mass Effect not even part of the equation, is a complete and total waste of time. I don't care about "trying it out" or anything, because as far as I'm concerned it can't be decent because it's Kinect. Kinect is to the XBox 360 what Windows Vista was to PCs: a horrible, vile piece of disease-carrying excrement that Microsoft slid out to the comsumer and tried to force down our throats whether we're interested or not. Adding Mass Effect to a pile of faeces doesn't make the pile of faeces good... it just makes the previously good thing bad and smeared in faeces.
Your point is invalid. Use your point in court in the case of Kinect Usefullness vs Users, and it would lose. The jury would conclude that you are just a spiteful little hater.

This. We understand that the story should be kept underwraps, but resource collection? I'm sure that's a safe topic. Armor, weapon mods, and maybe even a bit of how the Normandy has changed and will interact with the player (within reason of course), should all have their share of the limelight.
Tbh, I don't what else can be covered. Once the majority of squad mates are revealed, there is very little that doesn't skip through the spoiler road.

We'd find something to get angry about if Bioware was sending us all free chocolate.
