Only ME3's art book, yes.

The Art of the Mass Effect Universe book contains artwork from all the games.

Ah, Garrus and Liara. My bromance and my romance. And I must say, Garrus' armour is looking better than ever.

Ash, Kaiden and Vega all look pretty nifty in their outfits. Particularly Ash - it makes sense that with her promotion from simple foot soldier to a Spectre that she'll dress a bit differently, and I quite like her new stylish uniform. I'm guessing she'll have similar armour to Kaiden during combat.

Based on history, all those character promotion videos for Mass Effect 2 showed up 1-2 months ahead of Mass Effect 2's release date. In theory that puts us right on the cusp of a blast of new info around January (perhaps when the demo is released).

I think that's rather unfair, but I'm not Tali fan so "damn tired" isn't accurate.

Wasn't it confirmed she's just a temp squadmate and that the permenant statement was false?

I have a feeling that some character's appearances might be something they wanna keep till release. I mean, I was jsut complaining about Jack not getting any stuff, but if she gets hair then I'd wanna wait to see what it is. Maybe the same type of thing is happening for Tali.

Most likely: you get to see her face and they want her appearance to be a big surprise.

That's earlier concept art of her design from the series, specifially ME2 I believe.
