And yeah, I know we keep hearing "Normal is the new Veteran"... Well, I'll let everyone know if I feel like Veteran's the new Hardcore, I suppose.

If you really want the feel of galactic war, you should start on insanity like I am. I want this fight to be tooth and nail, with progress through levels against Cerberus and the Reapers being excruciating, agonising and immensely frustrating.

Most like what I'll do as well - ME2 has already gotten me used to the "everyone and their momma got shields equipped" mentality for enemies, plus since I'm importing a level 30 character, Hardcore should be a decent challenge for him.Someone With Mass wrote...
I'll probably start on Hardcore and then move up to Insanity, so it won't be like in ME2, where I expected to blow through Insanity on my very first playthrough. Boy, was I mistaken.

Probably the Asari equivalent of Ganguro girls.
I apologize to anyone who looks that up

Agreed. While I can do insanity on ME2 - I can't imagine starting a new playthrough having done insanity. But after beating the game on insanity I find myself rushing forward and not giving much of a crap if I get shot at on normal.
Hardcore seems like the best option. It's not going to be unexpectedly hard at some parts - yet they will still have their defenses. I'm rather excited. I use to play game by starting with easy. Ever since I've beaten ME2 on insanity I've taken more chances on other video games lol

It's not like they're pure green or something. They're still comfortably described as blue. There's simply a green tint to some of their skin. The asari in the comic on the other hand is a darker green than even the Shiala clones in ME1, with not even a hint of blue anywhere. Besides, I think they're supposed to be twins.

I've pre-ordered the CE already on amazon, but I'm apprehensive the ever lurking monster of retailer exclusive content will come out and play come early February
We've been worried about that too. We have CE ordered from both Amazon and Gamestop. If new items come out that make one place better to oder from then that other, we will cancel the order we don't need. Since neither take any money prior to shipping the game, there's no risk in doing so.

Maybe Shiala started a new fashion craze among Asari and other Asari are painting (or otherwise colourising) themselves green to look like her...krzimmer wrote...

Or maybe the artists didn't take the time to do their homework on the universe lore, AGAIN! Bleh. I like the comics and all, but I really wish they would stop making these stupid little mistakes.
OMG an artist made a mistake, not a big deal everyone makes mistakes. Its actually the editor's fault, one thats suppose to make sure everything is right.

When the artists make flying krogan and hideous turian females, I think BSN has a right to be critical of them.
