Understandable. I was just playfully retorting to "screw FF" in particular, although to be fair I kind of feel similarly with most of the brand name post-FFX. (did enjoy XII, just didn't care for its underwhelming plot execution.)

I had been anticipating KH3 ever since the extended Birth By Sleep trailer (which we didn't know was BBS, we thought it was LEFWOOPING KH3) came out in 2007 with KH II Final Mix+. Then came Birth By Sleep, Re:CoM, 358/2 days, Coded, and blah blah blah, and Dream Drop Distance and blah blah yadda yadda some more.

I need KH3. And it's gonna be another goddamned Half-Life 3.

Read somewhere that the game would be out around 2014-2015. But I would take that with a grain of salt.

I've been waiting on Versus since 2005. Although to be fair I have less interest in Nomura's and Kitase's work than I used to after being letdown so many times so it isn't quite the same.

Only JRPG I'm celebrating the release of next year is Xenoblade in April. I'm buying ten copies. I love Tetsuya Takahashi's Xenogears. I actually speak with his wife online sometimes. Wonderful people, both of them.

Wii, actually. It's from the studio that formed after Takahashi left Square. Unlike Xenosaga (a Namco production and... Not all that great) he is in complete creative control this time. It came out to Japan and Europe to rave reviews. Finally reaching North America soon.

And yeah, six years and... Counting. Heh. Ridiculous. Square Enix and indeed the Japanese industry has been treading water like crazy.

Well good news is the Holiday Season hype trains are over which means in a week, the Spring hype trains start, especially for games released in March, complete with TV commercials. Hope those commercials show more team mates like ME2 did. Because based on what I have seen, there seems to be no krogan permanently assigned in our team, Vega seems like the replacement. But I digress, I think the tweets will pick up real soon.

BioWare's marketing departement is on break till Jan 9 so yeah, more like 2 weeks. And then, I don't expect anything big right after they come back...

For the record, Final Fantasy X is my favorite game of all time and Kingdom Hearts is my second favorite game of all time. Mass Effect 2 is certainly in the top 10 somewhere and I'm hoping Mass Effect 3 and its awesome start screen will hit somewhere around the top.

Both MEs are in my top ten. FFX is my numero tres.

Hoping ME3 gets similar honors. Fairly certain it will.

ME2 at number one baby. ME1 is in the top 10 somewhere. Actually, my top 10 are quite weird because I switch around genres like crazy. Kotor is in the top 5 along with borderlands, rallysport challenge 2, and L4D2.

LOVE ff10. I think I might have teared up at the end...probably not (I never cry at video games) but it did make a huge impact. The characters were so real. I think...my favorite part was when Lulu lost control of her emotions and yelled at yunalesca. AHH I love that game so much..

FF12.....I tried to get through that game. It was painful. My first playthrough I didn't even finish the game. Several years afterwards, I finally thought "I've beat every other FF I have...I better be able to beat this one." Thank god for Leona lewis and One republic albums that came out in that month. I just listened to those on repeat as I played the game. Hated the soundtrack (not a huge fan of tactics music), hated the horrible boring story...empire trying to get control..reclaim throne with princess...that's pretty much about it. Some little things here and there that are random. But..overall really boring.

I remember, everyone talked about how hard the last boss was suppose to be. I didn't want to grind to the level they recommended (I was sick of that game already) so I said screw it I'm done. I went in and walked around. I didn't even do anything. I guess my gambits were good enough. It was so boring! I didn't have to do anything!....anyway, that was more of a rant. Sorry to everyone who read this - I wasted your time..

I personally didnt like FF12 the story didn compell me enough to keep going so I didnt get too far into it.  I love FF games for their rich Story and the first FF game I can say I beat the final boss is FF13 but that is because it was far too easy and didnt require much of a grind. Thats the problem I have with FF games is I get into the story so much I forget to grind my lvls and end up having to start over and grind my lvls at certain points in the story.

Now I love the Kingdom Hearts series but I seriously doubt KH3 will ever come out at this point and if it does they better not have the Trigger button thing again like KH2. I felt that button made KH2 too easy to the point that Proud setting was still too easy for the game and I like playing on easy/normal on games where I focus on story only.

But to keep this topic on the dot, I really cant wait for the next ME3 trailer because I keep hoping it will finally be that long waited Femshep trailer. I personally enjoy playing femshep over Male Shepard because femshep acting just seemed so much more better than Sheploo and she can romance my favorite character Liara. Liara happens to have a good personality and is female than on top of that her race are blue skinned and blue is my favorite color.

Well, he seems to available for a mission or so in Tuchanka probably, doesn't seem he will be with you from beginning to end as a squadmate like Garrus or Vega. Second, Wrex would probably eat you for that comment.

I am absolutely loving SWTOR.  My only problem thus far was trying to settle on which clas storyline to follow thru with.  So much replayability to it as well.
