But we already got that the demo will be released in january. Given that, it's logical to assume something about it will be said this month, hence saying news will come out this month isn't much.

Except Tali and Legion, apparently.

For me, it makes total sense why Tali (and the quarians in general) wouldn't be constantly swapping out their envirosuits like other characters/races swap out their clothes/armor, but I guess we'll find out for certain when the game hits (the devs had already said that squadmates would have alternative costumes/armor upgrades that would change their stats, so maybe there's that option for Tali instead).

Then again, I love her ME2 design and would be somewhat disappointed if BW started changing things on her yet again.

Me personally? I would prefer that Tali's Alt. Appearance pack 2 look became standard. I always loved that one. Looked a little more durable and combat worthy too. As for Legion I would love to see him get a "repaired" looked in ME3. That big honkin' hole in his chest always looked stupid to me.

Cerberus Daily News will be back before ME3. But I think it will only relaunch about 2 weeks before the game's release.

How does the Cerberus network work, I believe it was down by the time ME2 came out for PS3. Will we have to put in ME2 to get the news or will it be directed through the demo we download than ME3 when the game releases.

 The week before the Arrival dlc came out we got news updates. I had to load up the game. CyanidPontifex made a thread that had all the news updates before they all even aired. I think he even detailed how it worked in this post. I do not know if we will be able to see the news updates on the ME3 demo. I guess we can expect another thread like on the forums when that times comes again.

Can't confirm this but I vaguely remember them saying they planned to have the same kind of news feed in ME3 menu. Alliance instead of Cerberus, of course, but same kind of thing. If its all handled the same way its possible the demo will have its own feed that mimics ME2 for the last few weeks.

Would make sense, if the multiplayer is as fun as I'm hoping good chance I'll be playing that up to ME3. Getting my 5-6 characters all finished up prior to demo in anticipation for ME3. So close... so close...

Well that's interesting. I hope that indicates that defense will be viable in ME3 unlike it is in ME2. In ME2 defense just isn't worth any sacrifice in firepower as it is much better to kill the enemy quickly than to outlast them, especially with how limited thermal clips were.

As for the demo info: Yep - so much for the demo begin released in january. "A few weeks" til just the info - well that sucks. At this point I wont be surprised if the demo is released about 2-3 weeks before the actual game For that I'll just wait for the actual game. I bet the "early access" for the people who bought battlefield will only be a week more or less.
