Psychologically huge? I can imagine it now. When all of Shepard's hope is lost, it will be Space Hamster that reminds him what he's fighting for and that the Reapers can be defeated.

Without that the galaxy would have never been saved. No really, Bioware was going to make the Reapers win. True story.

That reminds me, I'm so shipping Ferret!ShepardxSpaceHamster.
