I'm betting on this.

Prosecutor: "Did you or did you not release a Rachni Queen from a lab on Noveria?"

It was the right thing to do
                   /
Shepard - -   It could be a powerful ally

                       No! I destroyed it!

And things of that nature.

The problem with this would be that those choices are in place for people without an import Shepard, who are new to the series. They wouldn't understand a word of what was being asked, nor would they care. Besides, these kind of facts would be known to the prosecutor, so it would be a stupid think to ask.

The tweet mentions an 'elegant solution', so I'm expecting more than that.

A lot of times prosecutors will ask questions they already know the answer to so a jury/commitee will hear the info from the witness, first-hand.

There is no trial.

Could be that squadmates and NPCs will recount your choices.  Example - walking down the hall w/ Anderson he explains why the Council is upset w/ Shepard.

Anderson: Can you blame them?  You worked for Cerberus and you gave TIM a major resourse in the Collector base.

Anderson: Can you blame them?  You worked for Cerberus, but at least you blew up the Collector base. Maybe that will count for something.

In essence you as a player wouldn’t actually choose anything.  There would be a default state and where applicable, your choice would be recognized.  New players would get the default state of the game.  Not saying it will be this exactly, but maybe something like it.  Perhaps Ash/Kaidan going into the rachni situation.  Anyway, just a shot in the dark here.

Except it won't be just a recounting of your deeds, they already said that there is an elegant system in place to allow new player to make those decisions.

This is a great sign of how finished the game is. Should go gold in another three weeks or so, am I right?

Trench Coats never go out of style.

Ever.

Though I admit they are useless in a heavy firefight.

Working tomorrow. As long as we consider that playing #ME3 is work. But then if we don't, does it mean that @ForgedPixels is never working??

Man, they're so lucky. XD

Rob Blake told us about a month ago that the demo will contain mostly finalized music, so that's a given.

I know you don't like it, but comeon, keep that in the Origin threat.
