Acutally, I would blame it on the storyline-mission guy.  It is very clear that the calibrations incident occurred because Garrus was meant to be recruited much, much later in the game. He has as much to say as other late game recruitments, and there is recorded mission dialogue with Tali and Legion.  However, the missions got reordered, and he moved to the beginning -- where his short dialogue becomes an issue.

Garrus is a big chunk of why I don't listen to the anti-Macxists among us. I've known for a long time (via this very thread, quite likely) that Mac wrote him. Didn't know Patrick handled him shipside in 2, though!

Can someone ask what the highest Difficulty will be in the ME3 demo for SP/MP, I want to jump from the start to hard in the full game, and use the demo to get in the grove

I wonder if they aren't going to change the system so we don't run into loops again, like a set of 3 'standby' phrases instead of just one.

Windows Speech Recognition Macros. You just link a voice command to a key on your keyboard. So if Miranda's warp is on hotkey seven, I enter a voice command 'Miranda Warp' in Windows that interprets that command as a key press of that hotkey.

With Windows Speech Recognition, you train your computer to recognize your voice.  With Kinect, I assume you don't have to...  I feel like that makes things much more complicated.

Hmmm, I'm definitly intrigued by how well Kinect seems to be implemented. Darn it, I already bought ME3 CE for the PS3 (main system) and PC (was cheap due to error on webshop). Wish they would add this functionality to the PS3 too. Guess Ill have to get the 360 version too with a Kinect camera..... <_<

Not to mention that's on a PC...with plentiful hotkeys..and I doubt you can advance convos without sounding pretty weird.."up", or "paragon", then "select" - which incidentally would be the same word for "open", "use", what have you, so yea it's still pretty awesome, but Kinect is still better and more intricate. It's also expensive. So, ehhhh, my poor xbox. Alas, it's too late to switch now, got all my saves on xbox.

Hey, I just realised, maybe some of the devs will join us in co-op, it'd be great jumping into a firefight and having Chris Priestly charging around with a Drell shotgun user, or Casey Hudson using a Salarian sniper......
