Seriously, i want Kai to literally haunt Shepard. Appearing in the most unexpected and in the worst situation possible.

It will give Kai this aura of mystery and fear. You know a guy wants to kill you, you know he works for Cerberus, you don't know when or how he will attack.

Like Ghostface from the Scream series, you know he is going to get you but you just don't know when.

Don't really see it. I need a larger picture to judge correctly but it could be shep not denying it.

Edit: A second glance at it seems like it probably is shepard. Although the thing that they aren't showing is the Renegade interrupt popping up.

You know, the N7 patch and red stripe are not exclusive to Shepard. N7 designates a graduate from an Alliance Special Forces program. From a previous tweet by Marc Walters it takes 5 years of training in …*snickers*…Uranus to earn the N7 designation.

There are other N7 marines running around the galaxy. This might very well be one of them, not necessarily Shepard.

But in layman's terms - troll Shepard.

Sure but the thing is we usually rarely see any N7 running around the galaxy or being shown in trailers or gameplay. Its more likely to play up the fact that Kai Leng is the new Saren by showing that he can take Shepard down. The artwork shows that.

Also not saying I'm completely sure its shepard but it is rather likely.

The fact that you don’t see any other N7 marines in the games and trailers doesn’t meant they are not out there. So far Mass Effect (at least the games) has been the story of Shepard. Who’s to say that another of Shepards’s comrades won’t appear in the next game?

Didn't say they aren't out there or they don't exist. It makes more sense for it to be Shepard to show off Kai Leng as the foil for Shepard and make it look like that he can possibly beat Shepard. It would be less affective if it showed another N7 soldier.

Conrad's "fast and loose" exploits across the galaxy confused Kai and led him to believe he was Shepard

I noticed the new music too, in IGN's presentation. Sounds like an expanded version of the music in the CE unboxing trailer, which kicks in right after Hulick's bit and leads up to the 'Normandy Reborn' snippet.

I also loved how they changed the 'interaction' boxes to look more like the ME1 circular thingies.
