You know, Ash's lack of combat armour was the only thing I was slightly worried about for Mass3. Now I have nothing to complain, wich is... pretty good. Seriously.cachx wrote...

Hopefully people will shut up now.

"So everyone who loves #me3 should follow @CGaspur he is the combat designer responsible for Shepard's new moves!"
So questions about Shepards movement during combat (SWAT turns, Stealth kills etc) and such should be directed to him I suppose...

Just had a chat with Christina on twitter regarding the HUD, suggested that they move the healthbar/squaddie head icons to the right corner in order to balance stuff out, and she actually said that might work. Looking forward to seeing how that plays out.
EDIT: almost forgot, she also told me that the radar won't be making a return during realtime play, but will probably stay in the tactical pause.
It's great to be able to interact with such responsive developers.
Yeah I put all of that up in my earlier post
Thanks for asking about that though...I miss the radar from ME1.
Yep sorry, just peeked in and wrote what I thought you guys hadn't seen yet. I underestimated your update effectiveness

Uh... I wonder if the ME3 team is the only one doing this "everyone on twitter" stuff. Hopefully it will still exist after ME3 is done.

If anything once ME3 goes gold there will be so many twitters going off that people won't be able to keep up

Yeah same thing here. I just loved Ash in ME1&2 but hated her catsuit in the demo. No I have only minimal concern about the game, and that is only because DA2 was bad.DarkLord_PT wrote...

I love the last option. I've always had to pass on all the neat armour in ME2 because it's so off-putting watching conversations when you can't see their faces. Ditching the helmet for conversations only is a great idea!

More and more, The Mass Effect dev team is putting my worries and niggles to rest.
Gun customization +
In depth level up system +
Customisable companion armor +
Combat looks further improved + (Though I do hope to see open battlefields, less corridors ftw)
Mise en Scene is fantastic and improved on from Mass Effect 2 +
I say this because it's the opposite of what happened with Dragon Age 2 (The more we learned, the worse it sounded, until we got the game and it was even worse then that.

I asked her if it's going to be the same things that we got from importing from ME1 to ME2 or more than that.

On the PC at least, this is a bit silly. I never use the tactical pause except for looking at the radar. There's plenty of space on the HUD (it actually feels quite empty down there) for the radar to be on the bottom right like in ME1. I often tap the tactical pause key to see if there are any enemies left and it can get a bit annoying with the sound effects.
