 When I play Infiltraitor I'll just have a widow with armor piercing ammo. One to the head then one to the heart. Then when I run out of widow ammo, I'll use an SMG and go for the legs.

I really hope Widow has some mad penetration capabilities. I wanna be able to fire off a slug through multiple husks at once. Just center-mass it and let it clear a row.

I'm pretty sure that there's a mod that allows you to do that. I think it's called "Shredder Mod" or "Piercing Mod" or something like that. I think the trade-off is less damage per shot.

Well, Preston Watamanuik did an interview in Issue 82 of OXM UK where he said that you can "take a Claymore shotgun and put a shredder mod [on it] that allows you to penetrate through enemies, and then you put Cryo Ammo on top of that - and all of a sudden you can pull the trigger once and blow four husks away."

Looks like you'll get your wish.

Here's what it is. It's a mod that alows you to shoot through walls for reduced damage and increases damage to armor when firing normally.

There is a pistol which fires these grenades as well, or something akin to them.

I knew about the pistol (I think the KoA rifle is similar, but as I haven't been able to unlock it...), but was trying to spoiler-friendly for some of the more timid folk.

However, judging by the context, as well as knowledge that there are unique grenade abilities in multiplayer, I'm going to assume that it is the Infiltrator's grenade ability.  I may just have to, finally, get in on some infilitrator action.
