Maybe they're weeks? 4 weeks (1 video released each week for PR/marketing) + 1 FemShep trailer (FemShep trailer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.)

That wouldn't totally jive with the two spoiler characters though, and one of them should be with the others there.

True, though at some point, I would think that they're gonna have to do a reveal video for one or both of those secret squadmates before the game is released (since both of those characters appear in the "Art of Mass Effect Universe" artbook which gets released February 21).

Got to say, I for one am not unhappy to see the hoppers go. I am just replaying ME1 ATM and I don't like them at all. I think they are quite boring to fight because in the end, you have to either incapacitate them with powers or aim your gun at a spot where you know they'll show up eventually and wait for them.
If they were to make a return, I'd say their movement system would need a complete overhaul. I can see why that is too much work and I am happy not to see them again.
Besides, the ME1 codex mentions that pretty much everyone found it weird that the geth would use a design that brings them closer to organics with the hopper class units. Maybe they just realized it's the wrong way to go and canceled that branch of their "evolution". Or maybe it was design specifically implemented by Sovereign/Nazara (the reapers seem to like organic designs after all) and was only used by Saren's heretics.


Hahaha, I can totally imagine my Vanguard charging into a Hopper sticking high up to some remote tower, unloading a Claymore into it and subsequentially crater while laughing hysterically...

I have a pretty trivial question, if you can ask it to the devs; will Shepard have moments where s/he can express her/his doubts and concerns a la LotSB, or even worse, has s/he a chance to do an "heroic BSOD" ?

@Vapaä : No idea what BSOD is but interviews, some tweets, and to me a bit more importantly, Hale and Meer have mentioned how (rather constantly) of a person Shepard is, he/she is less infalable and showing more of there vulnerable side. So, I'd say yeah definitely more LotSB stuff.

It's Raphael (kaiden) interviewing Hale about that stuff, very fun listen to if you haven't already. Can also hit up youtube and just search 'Mark Meer and Jennifer Hale' there's some PAX combo-chat thing they did where she goes into that a bit.

Or really any Hale interview related to ME3. That woman loves her emotionals heh.
