It's not really news. He already effectively quit when he left half-way through ME2, as he alluded to in that post. Back then he announced he was in semi-retirement to focus on novels and playing golf. Once he finished up what he was doing on TOR (which can't have been much, given he came in late and is never really talked about in interviews with/about writers), it seemed inevitable he'd call it quits altogether.

Chris L'Etouille wrote for Ashley in ME1. We don't know who is writing her for ME3 but Chris left a long time ago. As in, before ME2, I think. Could be mistaken.

It's not quite as crazy as it all sounds. They still have like half the writers for ME1 in there, and in the gaming world that's not bad.

 Wow , I confused Drew K. with William C.Dietz must have been sleepy or temporarily been indoctrinated by the Reapers.I apologize for my previous post , truly a sad night/morning.The man's previous novels were and are really great.

But sometimes you need something new to challenge yourself.Hope he finds what he's looking for and his new novels do well.

I remember early tweets about killing the rider of the Atlas and riding the Atlas around yourself. I haven't seen that happen in MP. XD Did they take that out?

I don't think you can do it in multiplayer, but in single player (in the full game) I think you can.

Kill.Switch is what gave GOW the cover system idea. People are stupid when they yell about "omg copiers"

good God Lemon! It took me a while to find this thread again. I think I remember them saying you can romance squadmates from ME1 & ME2 with an import in ME3 even if you missed out on romancing them before. I'm pretty sure I saw it a few months ago. Confirm? I wonder how they are going to handle romance conflicts and romances with temporary squadmates
