Wel, they probably have the most fanatic and passionate fan community, and that shows the quality of their work on the Mass Effect franchise. If only they were fanatic and passionate with us too...Vertigo_1 wrote...

I hope he really is honest. Given what he's said in the past, it's a little hard to believe him.

Hey Vertigo, can you ask one of the devs how big the Extended Cut is looking to be? There is probably a 0.01 % chance of getting a solid answer, but a solid number can tell us how many changes there will actually be in the EC.
As in how many MB's it's going to be? Well it can't be more than 2GB due to MS limitations on DLC size (it's still 2 GB right?)...
Other than that there's not much they can say yet, I think (they haven't been very forthcoming so far)

Doesn't of course change the fact that ME2 mechanics were streamlined like hell, way beyong "fixing messy inventory"

Thanks for the insight. I hope they pack it up with content, but considering it is free, I think EA will be a little bit restrictive on how much they can make or spend on the EC. Will probably be small, around 500 MB, considering it will be mostly cutscenes.
