I remember Bungie did something like this for Halo:ODST with Nathan Fillian and Alan Tudyk (pilot in Firefly).
Needless to say it was hilarious!

I would love this SO MUCH. There has to be all sorts of funny shenanigans that the VAs get up to and it could provide some fun bloopers to put into any sort of behind the scenes stuff they want to do.

Definitely the planet sized super computers that reside within the gas giants. Are they Reaper refueling stations? Are they ancient constructs beyond even Reaper comprehension?

Also, the Leviathan of Dis. I want to know what its role is in batarian space, who built it (it wasn't the protheans, because it's too old), and how the hegemony plans to use it.
