Unless they are planning on bringing ME2 wich i doubt, then i think it is quite pointless. An imported save is the only way to really experience the game. The pre made choices are just bad IMO.

I second that , played my first playthrough the new buyer way and I will never play that way again.I don't get why they didn't have an option to choose three ME2 squadmates to live.I like Garrus/Jacob/Miranda/Mordin , I just have a hard time believing Thane/Legion/Samara/Jack/Grunt/Kasumi would all die (plus the cerberus crew).

Kaidan and Sheps already had at least two sessions. And those are only the ones they've tweeted about. Ashley had two most likely as well, she tweeted about the first and with the second Raphael Sbarge took a pic with Kimberly Brooks in the studio, so I'm assuming Kimberly was recording that day too. Maybe Ash & Kaidan had to specifically record together that day for some reason. Mark also mentioned that he had several DLC sessions already in that interview where he talked about the endings

Apart from Lance Henriksen and the ME3 Squad, do you know of any other Voice Actors' involvement in the EC?

To say that Mr. Hudson's reputation is damaged would be a mild understatement.

In any case, with the announcement of the Wii-U version, I shall SPECULATE that the EC probably won't drop until the Wii-U version of ME3 hits. I hope to god I'm wrong though.

Considering EC hits sometime during the summer while ME3 Wii U comes out in Holiday 2012 I think you are wrong

to say that it would be a mild understatement would be a giant understatement....=P i only said it because i dont wanna be banned for good for hurting caseys artistic integrity......
and to be honest i would be annoyed if they didnt realease it until Wii-U but i think i would be happy to because it would mean deffinatly more time to work on it and it would be more than just the cutscenes they promised in EC because think about it thats from March too Octorber November? but if they stick to a few slides or cutscenes and just bull****ed it without trying it would effectivly turn my open casket funeral for Bioware into 6 ft. under closed casket few coming to the funeral type of funeral and leave me in awe of what happended to Bioware (not pointing fingers so i dont get banned)

they said that they are doing additional cutscenes to add "closure" (sprinkles) to the "artistic endings"( RGB turds) for the fans who "dont understand" (to stupid to understand) or are "disapointed" (pissed the Fck off) about the "endings"(again the RGB turds) and how they "felt their choices didnt matter"(the choices didnt affect the ending)....i understand the endings its just that in th literature sense it isnt consistant with the story and its just horrible in previously established themes in the game and contradicts everything established in ME1&ME2. i forgot the name of the philosopher who said it or writer but someone once said or at least from what i remember it that "If you have to explain to people what you wrote then you failed at writing it" or something like that

Lopez23 and others have expressed concern that Casey is working on the EC. That shouldn't be surprising, since he's still the ME3 project director (as far as we know) and has demonstrated his writing "talent" and his "artistic integrity."  Not surprising--but definitely cause for concern. Deep and abiding concern.

Here's a great review by Adam Robert Thomas, a writer for the California Literary Review. It's been posted several times over the last few months, but it's definitely pertinent to the current discussion. It expresses beautifully why I'm most profoundly concerned:

Adam Robert Thomas attributes a quote about symbolism to Roger Ebert.  I think it's the quote Lopez23 is referring to.  Ebert may not know crap about video games as art, given his now-infamous essay on the subject. Be he knows about writing for certain-sure, so I give him a pass on this one. Not only a pass--I give him a trophy.
