ME3 is the best one

Even though I know I'm in the minority I feel as if I should still voice my opinion, I prefer the way she looks in  LotSB. While it is true that the current look for Liara in ME3 is a lot more faithful to how she looked in ME1 I must confess that I never liked the way Liara looked. It wasn't untill I saw those 3 screenshots together that I realised how much of an improvement the LotSB model is on the ME1 ( as well as the one we saw when we first encountered he ron Illium in ME2 ).

Permanent SM have been confirmed for two months already from all kinds of sources including articles in GI, XBox Mag, etc. And they are: Ashley/Kaidan, Liara, James Vega and Garrus (if he survived ME2).

The same magazines which confirmed stuff like "lighting up" and Anderson dying at the beginning of ME3? No thanks, how magazine editors deduct and spice up limited interviews are not really my thing.

P.S. That list doesn't make any sense... Liara is you-know-what now, she can't sit on the Normandy while she's supposed to be helping us the way she promised in ME2. And Garrus? If they make HIM a permanent squaddie, the forums will explode from accusation of discriminatyion towards Bioware. He wasjust another killable squaddie in ME2, was he not?

It's totally Shiala. Or Balak.

Or Conrad Verner! Conrad Verner will make Shepard fail.

I think Balak is the best choice.Considering the events of Arrival I'd say he has way more reason than any of the others.
