WHHAAAAAAAT?!

Seriously? That's pretty lame, since they're not exactly fun to collect. At all.

lol what are you talking about?  It's great and a total nice incenitve for people who actually do all of the mini quests.

Yeah they should give those guys something for doing all that work I only found a few and refuse to use walkthroughs in order to find them. I'm hoping they're writings from the original Asari before the reapers collected them maybe it'll tell how the males were phased out by the reapers and how the Asari became how we know them today.

And while we're talking about writings BW I want to know about the Lazarus project details look here social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/323/index/7730998/1 to see specifics!

This is good seeing as I did every single mission in the game. :) So glad that I'm finally getting something for it.

I'm hoping for more gameplay with another class. I don't give a damn about the Soldier.

Who didn't see this Coming. I don't even think that Data was stored in the Mass Effect 2 Save File.

It was flagged in the ME1 saves...but yeah we don't know if that carried into the ME2 save file.

Oh in 2 there was references to male Asari that in the very beginning of Asari there were both sexes but for some unknown reason the males became non existent and no one really knows why. I had a theory before 3 that the Asari were those collected the last time the reapers ran through and they were genetically altered. ME3 confirms Asari were collected last cycle so I've got some credit to the theory to see more about my theory on why the Asari are the melding gene altering people we know today go here:  social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/103/index/7506237 and look under the sleeper agent portion.

When was anything in ME1 fun to collect, especially in the Mako of all things? <_<

(having said that, yes, I collected every damn thing that was in the first game, so I'm good to go just in case he wasn't lying about it)

Nope, it was a joke Aria had when she called the Krogan that since there are no male Asari...I don't know where you go the whole, 'there used to be males but they vanished for some reason theory'...

http://masseffect.wi...cil_Races#Asari

Listen to the codex entry on Asari: "an all female race"

I've played ME1 5 times and ME2 6 times. I've only just completed my latest runthrough of both games.

I can categorically state that there is no indication whatsoever that there were ever male Asari.

I liked the Mako. It was a very tough vehicle which defied the laws of physics. :wizard:

This. I'll just add that biologically the asari don't need to have males so let's just dump that rumour.

Hm, I wonder if there are things that were flagged in ME1 saves but not necessarily flagged in ME2 saves that could have an influence in ME3? Not sure how that all works out. How will ME1 faces look in ME3?

There aren't female asari either. They're monogenderal, and they look like female humans, hence the "associative definition."

Monogendered means "one gender", you can debate whether that means "all female" or "no gender at all" but Bioware has always flip-flopped on that (because it might mean they have to admit that they allowed a s/s romance for FemShep but not ManShep).
