Me? I can't care less.
I play the game for the character developments and the story, not for pointless stats and inventory systems.

Same here and I'm one of those kind of people who only plays RPGs (granted, I also loved DA2 so there must be something wrong with me huh?)

Thirded.
My first playthrough usually entails flying through the combat and "gameplay" pieces just to get to the dialogue / choice / cutscenes.
With that said..I'm really getting excited about the combat gameplay in ME3...I don't often get excited about that sort of thing...maybe its all the caffeine I've ingested...

Can I hug you? (Though I wouldn't call stats pointless, more like absolutely uninteresting- unless they have an effect in conversation.)
Anyway, character development for Shepard + customizable imported characters = <3

And yet the stats and inventory will be there.
Some gamers can handle both.

Agreed. What makes an RPG is the role-playing, and a lot of people seem to forget that.Someone With Mass wrote...

Bioware better have learned that the inventory system in ME 1 was way to much and fixed it so it does not look like you have to go through all those menus just to do weapons mods and armor changes

That didn't mean we wanted them to remove mods and squad armor though.
Improve is not remove.

I never sad anything about removing those 2 . I want to be able to get to the weapon mod system and armor system with out having to go through tons of other menus .

Having visited both extremes, I have faith they can make a decent inventory. They've reintroduced weapon mods now so we kind of need it back. And as far as stats go, I have a winning formula that should be easy for all to learn:
Equipment stats - higher number good, lower number not so good. Reverse for enemies.

I hope they can make a good one as well

i agree to an extent.....
it funny though because if bioware removed the stats and inventory completely then everybody on these boards would be ****in about ME just being a plain ol' shooter
