Is It Just My Game Or Are The Collector Ship Weapon Pick Up's/Upgrades Not Working On More Then One Playthough? 

I Got The Assualt Rifle Training For My Vanguard on His 1st Playthough But The Weapon Pickup Didn't Show Up On My Second Or Third & I Want To Get The Revant Machine and The Claymore Shotgun For Him.

Can Anyone Help?

Game mechanics. Not a bug.

Once you've chosen your new weapon ability in your first playthrough you're stuck with it in a NG+. You don't even get the option to retrain as it were.

Correct. Otherwise you could be a super soldier with the Revenant, Widow, and Claymore in 3 NG+ play throughs.

Well I think we should be least be able to have the option/ability twice.

Specially for people like me, who choose to pick up another weapon like my Assault Rifle that I picked up with my Vanguard, instead of unlocking/picking up the Claymore Shotgun because I thought that game would let me do it on the next playthough. Don't you think having that option twice would be a reasonable compromise?

Janus offered the best explanation as to the why.

I would have liked to have seen the option to retrain in a different weapon; or, to put it another way, to swap weapons.

I understand Janus's point about not being able to have all three but I think we should be able do to what I did by getting assault rifle training but also being able to upgrade our character's main weapon or the weapon we pick up.
Either of you know who at Bioware to ask & how to contact them about putting it in the game at least one more time?

I find using 'Ctrl +' to be quite helpful in reading certain text myself.

The upgrading of weapons are scattered throughout the game; though I feel you have something else in mind.

Not sure who you would ask, and personally I feel that such an option is probably too far gone with ME3 being worked on. Could be wrong (especially seeing that the PC version of DAO might get some attention patch-wise, though to what extent remains to be seen), though I wouldn't anticipate it.

You could edit your saves to give youself the revenant and the claymore.One more thing, why are all your words capitalized?
