 I Payed DLC, download and install it but can`t autorize it
 but other DLC ( read all other ) i don`t have problem with
i only use one e-mail

The only thing that comes to mind is that some people have been having trouble with the automatic log-in, so make sure you've tried logging in manually.

Otherwise, all I can suggest is to contact EA Support.
